The school rules are the basic internal norms of the organization, which set out everything essential for the proper functioning of the kindergarten. It further defines the relationships of the subjects involved in the education and education process. These are relationships between children, legal guardians and pedagogues. Each of the parties has their rights and obligations.
The director of the kindergarten is obliged according to Act No. 561/2004 Coll. § 30 (1) (Education Act) to publish the school regulations, to publish them on a visible place in the school, and introduce them in a provable way to the employees and to inform about their publication the child’s legal representatives.
The school rules regulate
- details on the exercise of rights and obligations of children and their legal guardians and details of rules of mutual relations with pedagogical staff
- operation and internal school regime
- conditions to ensure the safety and protection of children’s health and their protection against socially pathological phenomena and against discrimination, hostility or violence
- treatment of school’s property by the children
The school regulations are prepared in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports No. 14/2004 Coll. No 43/2006 on pre-school education and Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other educationin valid version.
